However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be the right fit. That’s why we offer a one-time exchange within 24 hours of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Exchange Conditions:

  • The item must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Exchanges are subject to the availability of the stock. If your preferred size or style is unavailable, you may use the same credit to purchase another item of equivalent value.
